We had a fantastic Autism Awareness Month at the Kirkwood Branch Autism Spectrum Disorder Resource Fair! Each Monday in April, we hosted local organizations to provide you with information, referrals and networking opportunities for you, your family, friends and community affected by Autism.
Participating organizations included Georgia Library Service for the Blind & Print Disabled, Tiara Tutoring Services, Divine Intervention Behavioral Solutions, Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, The Bossy Educator, , Benchmark Human Services, Bobby Dodd Institute, Stella Luna Behavior Associates, LLC. and Landmark Speech
The last date featured new participants, including the M.A.R.T.A. Reduced Fare Program and Landmark Speech and Language Services. Get information on therapy options, M.A.R.T.A. Mobility services, M.A.R.T.A Travel Training program and get your Reduced Fare Cards on site /same day! This is a great opportunity for eligible senior citizens, people with disabilities and Medicare cardholders that may still work during the day.
