Brainteasers have been around for a long time. In fact, Archimedes who was a Greek mathematician was known for utilizing brainteasers in the form of mathematical problems to help others learn how to problem-solve. Now is a perfect time to dive into some mentally stimulating activities. While physical health is important to maintain, keeping the mind healthy and sharp is important as well. Doing puzzles and solving riddles are a couple ways in which one can achieve this goal.
