March into Women’s History Month!

March Into Women’s History Month with Central Library!

March marks Women's History Month, a time to reflect on and celebrate the incredible contributions women have made throughout history. From groundbreaking scientists to fearless activists, women have shaped the world in countless ways.

Their stories inspire us to break barriers, challenge norms, and envision a more equitable future.

Women's History Month is an opportunity to shine a light on the stories often left out of textbooks—stories of resilience, creativity, and leadership. By recognizing the achievements of women from various backgrounds and time periods, we gain a fuller understanding of our shared history.

Celebrating Women's History Month isn't limited to reading or reflecting—it’s about action. Attend events, support women-owned businesses, volunteer for organizations empowering women, and engage with stories of women who inspire you. Whether you're amplifying voices or creating platforms for change, there’s always something we can do to continue the work that’s been laid before us.
