Movember

Movember is during the month of November.  It's about helping men to make their health better.

Some health concerns for men are: Mental health, prostate cancer treatment, suicide, and testicular cancer.

During November, the Movember.com website recommends the following things to show your support for good health for men:

  1. Grow a moustache
  2. Run or walk 60 miles during the month (about 2 miles per day)
  3. Host an event to raise awareness and/or funds for men's health
  4. Support men's health in your own way
