A CLASS PASS account is for Atlanta Public Schools students and educators. It does not collect late fees. If the account becomes blocked due to a lost item, a CLASS PASS account holder can remove the fee by completing a simple writing task.

All library notices will be emailed to your APS email address. If you do not know your APS student email address, on your APS laptop open MyBackPack and scroll down to see your email inbox.
Students may also go to portal.office.com. Sign in with APS credentials followed by @student.apsk12.org and you will have access to your APS Outlook email and all Office apps.
You may also log into My FCLS at the top right corner of the library's website. Enter your student username in the Username or Barcode field and your PIN in the Password field. The PIN for a neighborhood school student is your lunch number. The PIN for a charter school student is your birthday in MMDD format.

CLASS PASS accounts are fine-free; however, any item more than 60 days late is considered lost and will result in your account being blocked and billed for the catalog price of the item. Please try to find the item and return it as soon as possible to your closest Fulton County Library branch. If you absolutely cannot find the book to return it, a CLASS PASS account holder may clear an account that is blocked due to lost item bills by writing a short review of a book.

Parents may choose to opt their child out by completing an opt-out form online. If you are unable to access the online form, you may pick up a paper form from your child's Media Center or from your school's Media Admin. Complete your opt-out form online.
Note: Parents who choose to opt their child out of this program limit their child’s access to fine-free public library resources. Students may be encouraged to use library resources to complete assignments.
