- Turn on and off the device totally.

- Make sure your online digital card was correctly converted to a permanent card number in the application.
- How are you accessing Overdrive/Libby.
- If using the “Overdrive” app, delete the older app and download Libby
- If using the Libby app, delete the app and download it again.
- If using a laptop and fulcolibrary.org, check to see if the Libby app is on your reading device.
- If an older Kindle paperwhite, you MUST have the newest version of the Libby app on another device (typically a smart phone) for the paperwhite to work.
