On Thursday, August 29 at 1 pm, the Fulton County Library System will hold a special program and dedication event honoring the life and work of David Lyon, a city of Roswell resident and longtime volunteer and advocate. The bench, recently installed on the grounds of the Roswell Public Library in the heart of Roswell, will be formally dedicated along with friends and family of Mr. Lyon, Fulton County Commissioner Bob Ellis, and other officials.
The program will take place at the Roswell Library memorial bench at 1 pm (outdoors), followed by refreshments inside the library. Members of the community are invited to attend.
